Choucroute garnie –  a clasic dish from the Alsace region of France. Traditionally this recipe consist of sauerkraut dressed with several salty meats, such as bacon, sausage, or any other Charcuterie. It very often includes potatoes as well. 

Today our version is served with house-made wild boar sausage, house smoked porkbelly, mascarpone mashed potatoes, and stone ground mustard. Try it with a pint of Dunkle Ale on draft from Occidental Brewing, a great local brewery up in North Portland.
